Here’s the full music video for Jesse Dayton’s I’m Comin’ Home. Clips from Year at Danger (including some that didn’t make it into the finished film) are used throughout. The song is available on the compilation album Voices of a Grateful Nation Vol. 1, sales of which benefit the Welcome Home Project and Soldiers’ Angels.
This PSA for Soldiers’ Angels and Voices of a Grateful Nation features a brief clip from Year at Danger. The full music video features more clips from the film and should be online very soon…
Clips from Year at Danger (some of which didn’t make it into the finished film) are going to appear in a music video for Jesse Dayton’s song “I’m Comin’ Home” from the album “Voices of a Grateful Nation Volume 1.” Sales of the album benefit the Welcome Home Project and Soldiers’ Angels.
The video is currently in post-production and we’ll post it on here once it’s finished, but until then you can learn more about the album and the Welcome Home Project on their website.
We’ve set up a Facebook page for the film. We’ll be posting updates about the film on there (some of which we may not post here) so it’s great way to get the most up-to-date information about the film.
Film Threat has just released its list of ” indie films from the festival circuit that didn’t suck.” They included Year at Danger and said “Little can prepare you for Steve Metze’s uncensored, unexpurgated account of life on the ground at FOB “Danger” near Tikrit, Iraq. [...] this may very well be the best documentary of the year. And none of you saw it.” Check out the whole list right here.
This is a completely independent project created out of private funds. Any donations you can give will go directly to seeing that this film is distributed to as many people as possible. We appreciate anything you can do to help, so please consider a donation.
