We’re Done! … for a little while anyway.

Now we get to work on marketing the film. That’ll be fun.

A quick note to let everyone know how post-production is going.

The film’s now at a watchable, but still-too-long, length of 2 and a half hours. We’ve got a lot more cutting to do, but we’re really happy with the way everything is turning out so far.

We screened our rough cut last night to a very understanding audience. They had a lot of positive things to say, and also gave some “constructive criticism,” which was very appreciated. Thanks to everyone who showed up.

We’ll be doing more test screenings throughout the next month, if you’d like to help out, please let us know.

This film chronicles a war deployment through two angles contained within the same person. Mostly letting the footage speak for itself, Metze provides insights and glimpses into his own internal turmoil. A film of opposing viewpoints, the experience is somber and heartwarming, regardless of one’s political affiliations.
